SUNSET COLESLAW
Ingredients
1/2 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
½ small head red cabbage, finely shredded
½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 medium sized carrots, finely sliced
½ medium white onion, thinly sliced
Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Lemony Dill
Instructions
Combing all dressing ingredients, mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl add cabbage, lettuce, onion and carrot. Toss with dressing and serve.
